(Per Press Association) Brisbane, April 9. An important Full Court judgment has been delivered in a case iv which the Scottish and Australian Investment Com dany is defendant. The action was brought by the Government to recover dividend duty on certain preferential shares. The Company maintained that the payment on preferential stock was simply' discharge of a debt entered into prior to the passing of the Dividend Duties Act.
