The Faust Family.
Our country readers are recommended to attend the entertainments to be given here to-night and to-morrow night by the popular Faust Family ; they will neither be dissappointed nor repent having travelled any distance to see the Fausts. For good wholesome fun of the most uproarious kind, coupled with dexterity and grace, this combination is hard to beat. The brothers are thorough musicians, no matter what instrument it may be, no matter what position the instrument may be ii or tbe player may assume, perfect music is the result. The pantomimic gestures, the simple moving of a facial muscle are sufficient to set the bouse in roars of laughter. *We are thus not surprised to hear that they bave given uni. yersal satisfaction wherever they have been and that their present New Zealand tour has been a great success. Of course the "draw" of the entertainment was and is the " Risloy " exhibition, its neatness and apparent ease and daringelicitins; nightly the warmest admiration from tho audience. The whole entertainment is interspersed with songs comic and sentimental. The bos Jplan is now open at Carthew's. ___________
