Railway Accident.

o (Per Press Association). London, April 7. At the opening ceremony of the Snowden railway the Wales engine of the descending train became derailed and toppled over a precipice, but fortunately the application of brakes prevented the carriages from also going over. The second train, which was following, telescoped the carriages of the first train, but the passengers of the latter had made their escape previously. Only a few nersons were hurt.
