(Per Press Association) Auckland, March 29. Mr F. Lawry, M.H.R , addressed the electors of Paruell last night. SpeakiDg of the administration of the present Government, of which he was a supporter, ho acknowledged that they had made mistakes, but they had made fewer, than any previous Government. He tried to si tow that tho election of Mr Lewis for Clrtistchurch was in reality a victory for /the Government, as Mr Lewis' view£ on the land policy were so Bntirely injaccordance with those of the Government that he could not consistently follow Captain Eussell. Mr Graham, M.H.R., addressed a jrowded meeting to-night and received % vote of thanks and confidence.
