Time, 7min 35 l-sth sees. None of the New Zealand riders were successful at the meeting. Christchurch, March 21. A cycling carnival, privately promoted, was held at Lancaster Park yes terday aud attended by about 2000 people. The special features were fche events in which several ladies in rational costume took part. Napier, March 21. There was line weather for the cycling sports. The track was in excellent order.
