At a meeting of the Committee of tho Manawatu Racing Club last evening, it was decided to re-open the cases of dis- i qualification of Rangipai and Ross, the j rider of Glenelg, at the recent meeting, ', and the matter will be further considered j at a meeting to be held on Monday j next.
