(Per Press Association). Auckland, February 29. The Colonial Sugar Company has reduced the price of sugar another 20s per ton. Danevirke, This Day. A bush fire sprung up in Makotuku and Ormondville, and McLeod's sawmill at Makotuku was burned down. Wellington, March 1. The warships Orlando, Rin^arooma, Wallaroo, and Katoomba arrived from the South this morning, and remain here a week. Tne National Insurance Company has a risk of £500 on the cargo of the Ket.-'h Reliance, of which £200 is re-insured in the Standard Company. The hull, it is understood, is not insured. The Reliance was a wooden vessel ot 65 tons register, built at Huon river, Tasmania, in 1875. The ketch lies much in the same position as when she went ashore. Efforts are to be made to salvage the cargo.
