(Per Press Association.) Melbourne, February 28. Obituary — Joseph Wright, of Boort, aged 101 years. The Full Court has granted J. B. Davies' appeal from the decision of Judge Molesworth refusing him n certificate of discharge from the bankruptcy unless he paid 7s in the pound. The schedule showed a deficiency of £513,000. This Day. The jury found Alfred Dales, who cut the throats of his two children, temporarily insane. Enquiries show that Priestly was seriously involved in domestic troubles. Six years ago he took a hotel at Carlton and within two years lost all his money. He then deserted the woman who passed as his wife, and her child, but recently he again got possession of the child. It ', was this child he shot in Albert Park. Perth, This Day. The Western Australian Land Company has offered to sell Government the Great Southern Railway for £1,200,000.
