The Premier Rebuked.
(Pet Press Association) DuNEDrN, This Day. At the monthly meeting of the Duuedin Prohibition League last night the following resolution was unanimously " passed :—" This League strongly protests against the flagrant attempts that are being made by the Premier, the Minister "of Lands, and the Colonial Treasurer to coerce the electors of Christchurch in their choice of a representative, and considers they would be better employed in attending to the duties of their offices.
