The Italian Press condemns the imprudence of the Emperor of Germany. The Times says Great Britain holds that the Powers have no claim to inter* vene in South Africa, and that they should refuse to hold a conference on the question. Sydney, This Day. With reference to the statement by cable that Eruger demands tbe exile of Rhodes trom the Cape, the Commissionera from the Cape say the idea is monstrous and simply tantamount to a declaration of war.
