The Cuban Revolt.
(Per Press Association.) Madrid, January 8. The latest intelligence from Cuba states that Marshall Campos defeated the rebels near Havanna. Twenty thousand loyal troops are mobilised in the capital, and the rebels are outside preparing for a seige.
