Brown, A. C Begg and W. L. Simpson as official liquidators. It was also decided through Mr McGregor, solicitor,' to communicate with the shareholders throughout the colony so as to prevent proxies being given withont due consideration. Mr McGregor Btated that he bad been refused the list of shareholders, nor was he permitted to inspect the share-register.
