(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, Dec. 20. At the Supreme Court in Chambers the application ok the Directors tor the appointment of the Hon. W. J. Larnacb, Yigers and Keith Bamsay as Provisional Liquidators was granted. Justice Williams said in his opinion before permanent Liquidators were appointed the abate- 1 holders ought to be formerly called to- < gether and have the fullest opportunity of making a recommendation as to the oiypher of liquidators and the names of the person^ tp be appointed, and' the Court vfouid giw tup greatest weight to that opinion; but there seemed t^ be no valid objection to appoint, provisionajly the three persons. '
