The Ashantee War.
— -o (Per Press Association.) . London, December 18. The Ashantee envoys who visited England have returned to Cape Coast castle. The Governor refused to send officers with them and demanded Prempeh'a presence at Prahsue and payment of tbe cost of the expedition as the only terms that wonld be listened to.
