Live Stock Trade With Africa.
(Per Press Association) Sydney, This Day. Strode and Co., acting on behalf of a syndicate of Soath African gentlemen interested in improving the breed of stock, are shipping to Capetown a selected assortment of dairy cattle. This is the first attempt to ship live stock to South Africa for general purposes. The promoters are hopeful it will prove tte forerunner of a regular and permanent trade.
