Leonard Harper's Case.

On the Supreme Court resuming this morning the foreman of the jury intimated that the jury had been unable to agree in a verdict in the second case against Leonard Harper. They were then discharged. "On the application of Mr Skenet His Honor granted a new trial and change ofvetmeto Wellington, the Grown to* pay any additional costs incurred by the accused owing to the change.
