There is a probability of a representative team from this district visiting Hawke's Bay about New Year or a little later. The Manawatu Cricket Association have been fortunate in securing the services of Mr Henry Worsfold to look after and, prepare the cricket ground. A perfect picture was presented last Saturday by the appearance of the ground and there is little doubt but what in a few weeks time the ground will rival any ground on the coast.
