IFHOM OUB OWN COBBKBFOXDEHT. I The Committee of the Birmingham Library have great pleasure in acknowledging the receipt of a splendid selection of books from the Harmonic Society, as a result of their last concert at Birmingham. The members of ttie Library are very largely indebted to Miss Shan* non and other members of the Society for their handsome gift, which should be tbe means of reviving interest, ih the Library, and it is hoped a considerable accession to the membership will result. The Committee, also, wish to acknowledge with thanks a gift a bpokfi'irom Mr Geo. Kirton, of the Frau>nra^Stab.
