Sensational Accident to a Steamer.

PANIC AMONG THE PASSENGERS. (Per Press Association.) Perth, This Day. During the voyage of the steamer Macgregor from Albany to Esparance Bay, a sensational incident occurred. The engines were suddenly stopped by a heavy eea, and the vessel broached to. Tbe boats were got ready and all hands called on deck. The latter order was only meant for the crew, but the passengers took it for themselves, and a panic ensued. Men and women rushed on deck, the latter screaming wildly, but after a short scene of indescribable excitement their fears were allayed.
