The German Emperor's Claims for Peace.
(Per Press Association.) Berlin, December 3. At the opening of the Reichstag the Kaiser said Germany would be ever ready to co-operate with the Powers acting in the interests of Peace. Respecting the recent deplorable events in tho Turkish Empire, the unanimity of the decision by the Powers to enforce respect for the treaties and support the Porte in restoring order justified the hopes of ultimate success.
