Supreme Court Sittings.

o (Per Press Association.) Dunedin, Dec. 4. The Supreme Court was engaged all day in hearing charges of conspiring to defraud and conspiring to steal by means of the confidence trick against James Eastwood, John fMiller and William Hudson. The jury after a lengthy retirement returned a verdict of guilty and sentence was deferred. This Day. In the conspiracy case Eastwood was sentenced to two years and Hudson and Miller 18 months each.
