The Abrahams Case.
[Per Press Association.] Melbourne, December 3. The Foil Court declared that the % damages awarded Greener in the- case against the Abranams for fraudulently using the name of the firm upon inferior sons was not only excessive but outraeeoas, and suggested £325 was sufficient instead of .£5500 as awarded, and allowed the parties until February Bth to confer' whether the amount mentioned will be accepted or an order made for a new trial. .
