(Per Press Association.) Sydney, Nov. 27. Mr J. McGowan, Commissioner of Taxes in New Zealand, has declined the offer of the New South Wales Government of the appointment as Commissioner under the Land and Income Tax Act. Mr McGowan states he prefers to remain in the service of the New Zealand Government.
