MORE MASSACRES. | Per Press Association! Constantinople. Nov. 23. The Porte denies the truth of the statement that the Arabs in the Yemen district (Arabia) defeated the Turks. Eus.-ia and France have refused the request by Austria that the various embassies should act in case of an emergency, or in the event of an extensive naval demonstration, as they did n»t j desire to delegate control. They added that the Powers continued in perfect accord with regard to the Armenian difficulty. The Sebastapol fleet has been recommissioned, and the troops at Odessa have been ordered to be ready for service. There are 40 European warships in the Levant. Anarchy prevails at Albagia. The Redifs of Angoria rafuse to join the colours. A fresh massacre ia reported from the Marasjb district, and 200 Armenians have been killed at Aintab. The Khurds destroyed 5 villages in the Van districts, and 10,000 people are missing.
