The outbreak in the inland native kingdom of Yowmba, on the West Coast of Africa, is of a serious character. The party under Captain Bower (who was i killed) afterwards shot a number of tbe leaders of tbe revolt. The Governor of Lagos is sending reinforcements to the scene of the disorder.
