PRICES WELL MAINTAINED' (Per Press Association.) Melbourne, Novr. 18. At the wool sales competition ia extremely active for all the better classes, wbich show a distinct improvement. Greasy merinos were sold at 10|d, and crossbreds are in fair demand. Sydney, Nov. 19. Wool buyers, realising the clip will be very short, have increased the keenness of the bidding for all good clips, and late advances are fallv maintained. Greasy merino sold «p io 10$ d per lb, and the mediums were readily taken. Crossbreds are very dull of sale and there are large with drawals. London, Nov. 18. The Bradford wool sales show a more cheerful tone, but little business is transacted. Prices are unchanged.
