The Sn preme Court having confirmed the Pn mate's action restraining Clarke from ot fioiating in the church, the Warden sen workmen to open the doors and put th< building in order, but Clarke violently re Bisted their entrance, and struck one o the workmen. In the scuffle which en sued Clarke was badly worsted, and h( made a promise to discontinue his obstructive tactics.
