South Australia's New Governor.
(Per Press Association.) Adelaide, Novr. 18. Visconnt Haiupden has arrived. He showed himself to be a strong supporter of federation. He is hopeful of the success of the live cattle trade, and he says New Zealand meat is a great success in England. Viscount Hawpden is an ardent sportainan and cyclist. His daughters are also strong patrons of the bicycle.
