(Per Press Association.) Aucxi.ani>, Nov. 14. There was a decided improvement in the feeling on the Stock Exchange to-day as compared with yesterday, and although prices still remain at a low level, an advance of 3d was registered all round on the part of buyers, while there were several substantial advances.
