(Per Press Association.) ' Wellington, This Day. The programme for the Annual Meet- ; ing of the New Zealand Rifle Association, at Oamaru on February 27th, is issued. It is drawn on much the same lines as last year, but the prize money is increased, and upwards of £1200 is offered, exclusive of trophies. Major Sommerville has arranged for reduced fares on the Manawatu train, also with the Steamship Company to carry competi- : tors at low rates. Entries close on 20th February. ___________
