(Per Press Association.) Melbourne, Nov. 11. Tbe closing day of tbe above meeting resulted in Oscillator winning the Spring Stakes, Onward the V.R.C. Handicap, Floater the Steeplechase, Auraria and Wallace ran a dead heat for tbe Fisher Plate, and The Parisienne won the Free Handicap. Wallace proved himself a thoroughly game colt in the finish for the C. B. Fisher Plate, which was run in 3min 37sec (not 3min 37isec.) The owners of Wallace and Auraria, the dead-heaters, agreed to devide the stake. London, November 10. Paris has been allotted Bsfc 121 bin the Manchester Handicap. At the Liverpool Meeting, tbe Liverpool Autumn Cup, one mile and three furlongs, was won by Portmarnock ; Rockdove running second, and Redwing third.
