The Taranaki horses are light draughts, and van sorts sold, from £14 to £20, heavy draught passed at £22.- We sold horses from Manawatu and other parts from £15 10s to .£l9, all light and medium draughts. Nexi Saturday we will offer a number of good draught and express horses from Wanganui. Wool is now coming slowly in for local sale, and for the first of the series on December 6th. Sheep skins all well competed for at our regular weekly sales, best butchers' skins 6s, dry skins well-woolled 5d to 6d per lb, £ and $ wooled 4d to 4|d, and great competition.
