The Mosgiel Woollen Factory.

(Pcx Press Association.) Pvnedih, Novembers. Tbe Directors of the Mosgiel Woollen Factory Company, in their annual report, state that a fair business has been done during the year. The balance to the credit of profit and loss account is £6476 16s lid, from which £2205 was paid as an interim dividend in April. The directors recommend the payment of a further dividend of 4 per cent, for the half-year, absorbing £2940, making 7 per cent, for the year, and carrying forward £1831 16s lid.
