It is officially stated that Japan evacuates Corea with Liaotong Peninsula, and proposes to act in unison with the Powers in regard to Corea. Rome, November 3. The Courts of Turin have annulled the marriage of Robert Wilcox, of Hawaii, who took a prominent part in the recent political events there. The marriage has been annulled on the ground that he deceived his wife, Baroness Sobrero, by pretending that he was heir to the throne of Hawaii.
