The Crisis in Turkey.

(Pee Pbess Association.) Constantinople. Nov. 1. The Porte is disturbed owing to the rival factions joining against the Government. The Albanian Palace Guards plotted against the Sultan's life. Eight have been executed, and twenty-four sentenced to imprisonment. Turkish bonds have fallen heavily. November 2. The Sultan, fearing a Moslem rebellion, will not permit Koimel to retire. Tbe Armenians are fermenting trouble, and the disturbance will depreciate stocks. The Armenians are assembling in numerous centres, well armed and they hold the Zeitoum district. The Sultan has proclaimed a moratorium of four months to allay the commercial panic.
