The St. Albans Lottery.

(Per Press Association). Melbourne, This Day. A writ of attachment has been served on Mr W. R. Wilson directing him to retain Trenton on behalf of the Modern Permanent Building Society, an alleged creditor of Mr Howard Arundel, of Birrigan, New South Wales (who won the horse in the St. Albans lottery), until the Court makes an order.

Mrs Davy, who won the horse Eiridsporde in the St. Albans lottery, is a resident of Mangaone Valley. The Greytown Standard states that a cablegram from Australia on Saturday contained an offer of £3000 for the horse.
