TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAR. Sir, —Now tbe warm weather is on us, don't you think it is time the Nuisance Inspector made his rounds and reported the result? From private information I am led to believe there are many premises which require looking into (perhaps some that the Inspector would not suspect), so that every residence in the Borough ought to be examined, especially as we are promised an extra summer.
