(Per Press Association.) Napier, This Day. Edmund Black, a well known and popular young man, committed suicide. He was secretary of the Chamber of Commerce and Hawke's Bay Free Association. His body was found in,the stables adjoining his residence at Green Meadows. Alongside of him was lying a bottle of poison.
