Gold Mining News.

[Per Press Association.] Auckland, October 11. A stone from the J. G. Ward claim, Ohinemuri, is on view at the office of Mr James Henderson, Grey street. It is interesting as showing the class of stone on which the cyanide process has worked such a revolution in the Northern goldfields. No gold shows in the stone. After it has been on view a few days.it is be sent to Mr Skey , Government assayer, that its value may be determined.
