A CRFDITOR WINS A CLAIM OF £4000. (Per Press Association.) Melbourne, October 8. The Chief Justice has decided that the scheme of reconstruction by the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company adopted in London is not binding on creditors in the Colonies, and awarded a creditor, who took this view, a sum of £4000 claimed.
