Serious Charges Against a Constable.
[Per Press Association.] Gisbobke, Oct. 7. Two informations were laid on Satardav against Constable Norman, charging him with forgery and perjury in connection with the case of William Green, re- -, cently before the Court on a charge under the Destitute Persons Act. The case is set down for hearing on Friday next.
