Arrived — Wakatipu, fron> Bluff. Sydney, Oct. 7. Both papers comment favourably on the new loan. The Sydney Morning Herald says : — Judging from the news already received, the loan has evidently fallen on good times, and its floating prowiises to prove a greater success than the similar undertaking in New Zealand. The Daily Telegraph says the succsss of the recent New Zealand loan justifies the new department in floating a 3 per cent, loan, the success of which is already certain
