In , view of the uncertain prospects elsewhere the General is inclined to go back , to bis first love, South Africa, where a private individual has presented the Salvation Army with twenty thousand ; acres of land, beautifully situated in a district enjoying a fine climate. One of ' the General's latest proposals is to esi tablish a native colony in South Africa i with a view of training them for Salvationist officers and soldiers.
