Antarctic Exploration.
(Per Press Association.) LpNDON, Oct. 1. Mr Clements Markbam, CB. in the Nineteenth Century, declares that a naval expedition would be the only means of effectual exploration in the Antarctic, and urges the Government to undertake the expedition.
