Return of Leonard Harper.

[Per Press Association.] Wellington, Sept. 27. The steamer Aotea, from London, arrived in the harbour at 10.30 to-night, but owing to the late hour no communication was held with the vessel, as the Health Officer will not visit her till morning. Leonard Harper is a passenger by her, in charge of Inspector Pender.
