VI (Per Press Association.) Christchurch, September 26. Stock of all sorts were well represented at Addington to-day. Fat cattle—Bullocks, L 5 17s 6d to LlO 15s; heifers, L 5 17s 6d. Dairy cattle— Cows and springers, L 3 10s to L 8 15s. Store— Two-year old heifers, L3to L 3 ss ; 15 to 18 months mixed cattle, LI 15s to L2 ; calves and yearlings, 18s to 30s ; cows, LI 10s to L 4. Fat sheep— 7ooo penned. Heavy weight crossbred wethers, 17s to 203 9d ; ewes, 16s 6d to 19a sd ; prime freezing wethers, 17s to 19s 6d ; mixed sexes, 15s to 17s 6d ; butchers' best ewes, 13s 6d to 15s 9d ; medium, 11s to 12s 6d ; best merinos, wethers, 10s 6d to 15 9d ; medium, 9s to 10s ; ewes, 9s 6d to 11s 6d. Fat lambs— Fair entry of fat lambs contained nothing of extra quality, and sales were made at from 9s 6d to 15s, Store sheep — An extra good line of forward hoggets topped ibe market at 14s ; other sorts selling at from 7s to 10s ; mixed twotooths, 11s 9d to 13s ; sound mouthed ewes with lambs, 11s to 11s 3d; and aged lots from 7s to 10s. Pigs -The presence of buyers for the Wellington market assisted materially in keeping prices to last week's level of 2sd to 3d per lb for baCOnem n.nd nrtrkera.
