(Per Press Association.) Auckland, Sept. 24. A second cable announces that the Union Waihi Company has been registered J Q London, with a capital of £WofioP in 200,000 shares. Tho Waihi Company receives 100,000 shares fully : paid up to £1 for its ground. A wprking capital of JIOO.OOO is provided— £40,000 in cash and £60,000 in reserved shares. The directors of the Star of Waihi Company have decided to accept an offer of £1000 in cash and £18,000 in shares for their property. Bullion to the value of £17,000 has been shipped to Sydney by the Tasmania. ____^_____
