The Congo State.
THE MURDER OF STOKES. (Per Press Association). Paris, Sep. 29. The King of Belgium has paid a visit to President Faure, and it is believed they are negotiating for the transfer of the Congo State to France. London, Sept. 23. It is reported the English Government will demand the cession of territory as an indemnity fo^the ffgf^gs_ °* Stokes.
