The Japanese Navy.
« | A HUGE VOTE FOR NEW WAR VESSELS. (Per Press Association.) Tokio, Sept 23. The Japanese Government has voted the sum of 200,000,000 yens (about £40,000,000) for the immediate construction of four ironclads, ten coast defenders, thirty torpedo cruisers and fifty- eight boats.
