Russia Occupies Port Arthur.
(Per Press Association.) Shanghai, September 2*2. It is reported that the Chinese occupation of the Liatoug Peninsula will be resumed in October ; also, that the reward to Russia for securing the evacuation is the privilege of raising the Chinese loau of one hundred miilion tacls. Vienna, Sep. 21. The Free Press publishes a telegram, said to be from a reliable source, that Jtussia, with China's consent, bas occupied Port Arthur.
